1. Booking and Confirmation

  • Appointments can be made online, via phone, or in person at our diagnostic centre.

  • Once your booking is received, our team will confirm your appointment through SMS, email, or phone call based on availability.

  • Bookings are considered valid only after confirmation from MedWise Diagnostics.

  • Please ensure the information you provide (name, contact details, test type, and location) is accurate to avoid delays.


2. Home Sample Collection

  • Home sample collection is available for select tests and locations within Bengaluru.

  • Our trained phlebotomist will visit the provided address during the chosen time slot.

  • In case of delay or unavailability, our support team will contact you to reschedule.

  • You are responsible for ensuring safe access for our collection staff and availability at the scheduled time.


3. Payments

  • Payment can be made online through secure gateways, or in person at the centre.

  • All fees displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • For home collection bookings, full or partial payment may be required in advance.

  • MedWise Diagnostics uses secure payment systems; however, we are not liable for any issues arising from third-party payment platforms.


4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • You may cancel or reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before the appointment without penalty.

  • Cancellations made after that time may attract a service fee or no refund, depending on the stage of processing.

  • No refunds will be provided once a sample has been collected or the test has been performed.

  • In case of refund eligibility, the amount will be credited back to the original payment mode within 7–10 business days.

  • If MedWise Diagnostics cancels your appointment due to unforeseen reasons, you will receive a full refund or free rescheduling.


5. Test Reports

  • Reports are typically delivered within the standard turnaround time, depending on the test type.

  • Reports will be shared through email, SMS link, or physical copy (if opted).

  • MedWise Diagnostics is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen laboratory or technical issues.

  • Please consult your doctor for the correct interpretation of test results. The lab does not provide medical advice or treatment recommendations.


6. Accuracy of Information

You must ensure that all personal, medical, and contact details provided during booking are correct.
MedWise Diagnostics shall not be responsible for errors or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information.


7. Rescheduling Policy

  • Appointments may be rescheduled once, subject to availability and within a reasonable time frame.

  • Repeated reschedules or no-shows may result in additional fees or denial of further home collection services.


8. Liability

  • MedWise Diagnostics shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from delays, cancellations, or inaccuracies caused by third parties or unforeseen events.

  • The diagnostic results are based solely on the quality of samples provided and should be interpreted by qualified healthcare professionals.
