No refund shall be processed once a sample is collected or the test has been performed.
Refunds, if applicable, will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
5. Use of Reports and Results
Test reports provided by MedWise Diagnostics are intended for informational and diagnostic purposes and should be interpreted by a qualified medical professional.
MedWise Diagnostics shall not be held responsible for any self-diagnosis or treatment decisions based on the reports.
Reports are generated based on the samples provided; any variation due to improper sample collection or external interference is not the lab’s responsibility.
6. User Responsibilities
